Blonde Ales

Blonde ales are an easy drinking beer style that are straw to gold in colour and brewed with base malts from barley and varying percentages of wheat. They are sometimes labelled as ‘golden ales’. In the glass, aromas and flavours of light bread crumb from the malt along with light fruity flavours of citrus and apple from hop additions, produce a well-balanced, “I’ll have another one” brew.
