Fruit and Fruit-Infused Wines
In Canada, fruit wines have been produced since the 1800s, however commercial fruit wine wasn’t properly established until the 20th Century. A niche segment in the wine industry, fruit wine varies from dry to off-dry. New this year, we have some fruit-infused wines, mixing grape-based wines with some added fruit “punch”, offering a flavourful alternative to the more traditional grape varieties. - Erika Tocco-Andryka
