Gin
Perhaps bartenders’ most beloved category, we were blessed with a wide array of interesting gins. It’s an exciting category; we see classic London Dry: firm, boozy, and juniper-laden, and also increasingly ingenious contemporary styles experimenting with coriander, lemon grass, or bergamot. There are many ways to showcase this spirit, but none shows off the product better than an ice-cold martini, with a peel of citrus and splash of vermouth.
