Mead
Mead is a wonderful beverage. I’ve judged mead at a number of competitions over the years and I am always blown away by the range of styles, sweetness, and quality available. Many, if not most examples are on the drier side these days, and terroir junkies may be pleased to note that the flower hungry bees are working on can radically change the finished product. - Tom Firth
