It was a classic Canada (great to see a Niagara wine in the mix as well) vs Germany showdown this year as we all opened the judging using Riesling to calibrate our palates. Within our panel, Canada came out on top with both a classic dry and off-dry style topping our scores, both from the Okanagan Valley. - Tara Smith
