Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon blanc’s vibrant freshness, lively acidity, and unmistakable aromatic character make it one of the world’s most crowd-pleasing wines. It’s equally at home on the patio as it is paired with goat cheese salads or notoriously tricky vegetables like asparagus. New Zealand dominated this category, but excellent Canadian and South African entries added plenty of diversity and kept things interesting.  - Nathalie Gosselin
