Vodka

Vodka sometimes gets a bad rap for being a perfectly neutral spirit that can be completely disguised in a slurpee or juice heavy mixed drink, perhaps for those more interested in its alcohol neutrality than its flavour. However at its best, vodka is a nuanced and delicious beverage that can be a superb supporting character in a cocktail, or star on its own, perhaps ice cold out of the freezer.
